In-house Courses

In-house courses are normally held at company premises and attended specifically by employees of that company. If companies want to train a larger group of people in the same area, this can work out more cost effective due to venue hire and travel costs. As well as the cost implications, this option can be more favourable as the tutor can tailor the course to that particular company, making the course more relevant to staff. We can also offer closed courses at any of our training venues if you don’t have training facilities at your premises.

Open Courses

Open courses are standard courses that are run on a regular basis and suit companies who wish to train smaller groups of people. All courses are open to all companies and will normally have no more than 12 delegates booked on. These courses are beneficial if you just need to train one or two people in a certain area, therefore saving on overall costs. Although courses are run to set standards, delegates also benefit from learning alongside employees from other companies, gaining a valuable insight into other disciplines, industries and professional levels. Delegates often find they can gain additional knowledge this way, as well as build confidence and develop communication and networking skills.
