Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR) Awareness
Course Overview
Dangerous substances can put people’s safety at risk from fire, explosion and corrosion of metal. DSEAR puts duties on employers and the self-employed to protect people from these risks to their safety in the workplace and to members of the public who may be put at risk by work activity.
Course Outline
By the end of the session delegates will:
- Have a better understanding of what DSEAR is
- Have a better understanding of their legal responsibilities with regards to the DSEAR 2002
Certification
Certificates of attendance will be awarded to delegates upon completion of the course.
